Meet the team

Who we are

Our firm had its genesis when John Pattison and William Sim, both solicitors in Paisley, joined forces in 1905. We have occupied our office at 19 Glasgow Road, Paisley, since the 1950s, having moved there from St Mirren Brae. In 2000, we opened our office at 117 Byres Road, in Glasgow’s West End.

We undertake our legal work at both of our offices.

Our estate agency department is one of the most successful in the west of Scotland. Based in our Byres road office the department can market your property in any part of Glasgow or Renfrewshire. We’ve been selling houses for one hundred years, and our team has a vast wealth of experience, which will ensure that your property sale is dealt with professionally and efficiently, and that the maximum price is achieved.
